Shirube Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the "Shirube AI Diagnostic Widget" SaaS platform provided by Shirube Inc. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Platform Services
Shirube provides an AI-powered widget generation platform that automatically analyzes landing pages, structures targeted question flows, and delivers customizable client-side embed widgets to optimize conversion rates (CVR) and capture lead responses.
2. Account & Authentication
Users authenticate via Google OAuth or verified email one-time passcode. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and all activities occurring under their accounts.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All diagnostic questions, recommendations, and result copy generated for your landing pages belong to you and may be used commercially without restriction. The underlying widget runtime scripts, stylesheets, AI generation engines, and trademarks remain the intellectual property of Shirube Inc.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Shirube does not warrant that AI-generated suggestions will guarantee specific conversion lifts or be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shirube shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
